Condition Chart For Cars:
Mint--Never been out of box, straight from the factory
Near Mint--Never been out of box, but may have a small blemish on it
Fair--Probably been displayed before, has either blemishes or marks on it
Poor--Either has cracks on it or bad scrapes
Condition Chart For Boxes:
Near Mint -- Box has a little wear.  Maybe a bent corner or two.
Good - Box may show some shelf wear. Usually frayed corners and/or a few small crease marks.
Fair - Box has wear.  Maybe multiple bent/frayed corners, small slits in the bottom corners, and/or crease marks..
Bad - Box has been crushed from shipping.  Corners bent, crease marks, tears and possibly water damage.
